The Webcat’s Design and Construction Process
Step 1
The client initially fills out and submits the online form or telephones to discuss the potential project.
The WebCat treats the approach with full confidentiality (See WebCat’s Privacy Policy) and engages in eliciting more detailed information to inform the design.
Step 2
The Client then receives a more detailed form which they fill out in their own time and send back to The WebCat.
This forms the basis of the initial concept plan and price estimate and guides the interview which informs the Client brief.
Step 3 The Client Brief
Acceptance of a design concept and agreement of terms for the project at the client brief stage initiates the project and billed hours.
Step 4 Progress
The client is provided with opportunities to view the development of the project online and shape the progress as it becomes refined toward completion. At any stage in the construction the client can ask how many billed hours have elapsed and roughly how much longer the project is expected to take to reach completion.
Step 5 Completion
Upon satisfactory completion of the work, The WebCat invoices the client, payment is to be made by cash or cheque within 30 days of invoice receipt. Fee can be spread monthly.
