for academic clients this would entail a practical, process-oriented approach consisting of guidance advice, suggestion and approval - in keeping with the principles of tuition, not the type of assistance that could expose a client to disqualification for plagiarism.
for clients who would like to develop English fluency through conversation in more informal, themed or unthemed sessions.
for clients who require English voice recordings for private language practice or published multimedia

Step 1. First contact.
Send me an email explaining your context: who you are, what you do and what you need. I will respect your privacy.
Step 2. Charles replies.
I will reply by email with some initial ideas about how I might be able to help; and if you like those ideas then we can arrange to meet via Skype video-conferencing for a free fifteen-minute orientation session. If it feels right you can enroll with me. If not, I might be able to refer you to someone better suited to your context.
Step 3. Enrollment.
If you decide to enroll on a program, from then on your sessions will be billed at a standard rate of $30 U.S. per hour, calculated in 50 cents per minute increments. For example, a 31 minute session would cost you $15.50. You can pay fees through Paypal directly after service. A more thorough (billed)needs analysis to follow will result in a personal program tailored to your satisfaction.
My business is founded upon trust and I aim to please. If you aren't satisfied with a session, then you don't pay for it.
